Privacy Policy

This notice describes how the personal data of users visiting the ledfilm.it website is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

Data processed

• Aggregated browsing data. The website uses Umami, an analytics platform installed on a self-managed server (data.brixiatech.com). Umami does not set cookies, does not use persistent identifiers and does not store the IP address, which is used only in a transient and anonymised form to compute aggregated data such as page views, traffic source and device type. Visitors cannot be identified and no cross-site tracking is carried out.
• Data provided voluntarily. Name, email address, telephone number and any other information contained in messages sent spontaneously by email or WhatsApp.

Cookies

The website does not set profiling cookies or third-party cookies. There are no remote fonts, embedded videos, maps or social buttons that would load external resources. For this reason no consent banner is displayed.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to information requests and managing commercial negotiations — performance of pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Aggregated measurement of website usage and infrastructure security — legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Tax and accounting obligations in the event of a contractual relationship — legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients

Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the providers of the technical infrastructure, appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
• Hostinger International Ltd — email service and domain registration.

If the user chooses to contact the company via WhatsApp, the message passes through the systems of WhatsApp Ireland Limited in accordance with that service's privacy policy, over which SAL-FER Srl has no control.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or of an adequacy decision.

Retention period

Commercial correspondence is retained for 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established, in which case the statutory retention periods applicable to tax documentation apply. Statistical data is retained exclusively in aggregated form and cannot be traced back to identifiable persons.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. Requests should be sent toinfo@ledfilm.it. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it).
